Ridge Partners (CRP), with $70 million under management, is a
private equity firm focused exclusively on the lower middle market.
In partnership with management, we invest in buyouts,
recapitalizations, and growth equity transactions with the
flexibility to take either control or minority positions. We focus
primarily on manufacturing, value-added distribution, business services, consumer and
retail, and health care services.
The principals of Crystal Ridge Partners worked together at JP Morgan Partners and its
predecessors, and have invested in over 60 companies across a
variety of industries.
