Ridge Partners invests in well-established, well-managed companies.
Our philosophy is to invest at fair valuations with conservative
leverage, to partner with management, and to align interests. We
engage in active involvement through board representation – helping
to drive strategic direction and create value. As necessary, we
bring in outside resources to help enhance and create equity value.
We exit our investments at the appropriate time after building
consensus with our management partners.
